For the sale of goods and the operation of our website www.japaneserice.eu, we process certain personal data.

Processing of personal data when using the contact form:

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with your contact details, which you provide to us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: Name, surname, email address, and telephone number.

Why?

We contact you through them for further arrangements regarding sales, claims, and information about goods or the purchasing process.

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiation of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, your data will be processed for no longer than 5 years from our last communication.

Processing of personal data in case of purchase:

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you provide. These are mainly billing details: name, surname, address, telephone number, and email address.

Why?

We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver our goods to you. Through contact details, we will also communicate with you regarding the status of your order, as well as any complaints or inquiries.

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

This is processing based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of providing our service and then 5 years after the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are a purchasing customer and have not forbidden us during the purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

On what legal basis?

This is allowed by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, unless you have forbidden us at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

5 years from your last purchase. You can unsubscribe from the distribution at any time via email or contact us at info@japaneserice.eu.

II. Who will have access to the data?

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, some companies or individuals who help us operate our e-shop will have access to the data. They are:
